Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to supervise and execute HVAC works at refinery and industrial project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, inspection, testing & commissioning, coordination with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all HVAC works are completed as per approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / relevant discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of HVAC installation works at refinery/project sites.
- Execute installation of AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, ventilation systems, pressurization systems, package units, split ACs and associated HVAC equipment.
- Supervise installation of ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, dampers, grilles, diffusers and louvers.
- Ensure HVAC installation is carried out as per approved GA drawings, HVAC layouts, P&IDs;, specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for daily work activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, material consumption reports and site activity reports.
- Coordinate with the client/PMC/consultant for inspections and approvals.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, inspection reports, test reports and commissioning documents.




- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule and report delays or site constraints to the Project Manager.

Technical Skills Required

- Positive knowledge of HVAC installation and site execution.
- Good understanding of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation and pressurization systems.
- Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, HVAC layouts, P&IDs;, isometric drawings and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment installation and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and basic modifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of site reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of relevant HVAC site execution experience.
- Experience in refinery / petrochemical / oil & gas / industrial projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong site coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication skills for coordination with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and in challenging site conditions.
- Should be willing to work at project/refinery sites as per project requirements.
- Knowledge of refinery safety procedures and permit systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
