Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage HVAC service & maintenance operations.
- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage Service Engineers, Technicians & Site Teams.
- Plan and monitor AMC & preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical solutions for major HVAC breakdowns.
- Monitor service quality, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, project, sales and technical teams.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

### Candidate Profile Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field.

10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance.





Experience in managing service teams and customer interactions.

Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer/site locations as required.
