Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC, VRF/VRV systems, estimation, design, costing and sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, handling clients, preparing technical/commercial proposals and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new HVAC/VRF sales leads and business opportunities.
- Visit clients, consultants, contractors and project sites.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare BOQ, estimation, costing, quotations and technical proposals.
- Prepare and review HVAC/VRF equipment selections and basic designs.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, purchase and project execution teams.
- Handle commercial negotiations and close sales orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
- Study tender documents and prepare technical/commercial bids.




- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, technical details and product availability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up for purchase orders, payments and project execution requirements.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations and customer interactions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and VRF/VRV systems.
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment, applications and installation.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing and quotation preparation.
- Good sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and AutoCAD preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or related field preferred.

Experience

25 years of experience in HVAC Sales / VRF Sales / HVAC Estimation / Business Development.
