Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draughtsman responsible for preparing accurate HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for commercial, residential, industrial, and MEP projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC systems, AutoCAD, and drawing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment layouts.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings.
- Develop duct routing, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and structural drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions as instructed by the Design Engineer or Project Manager.
- Prepare drawings based on approved BOQ, specifications, site measurements, and design calculations.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and company requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, records, and documentation.
- Prepare drawings for client/consultant submission and approval.
- Assist the engineering team in preparing technical drawings and documentation.
- Visit project sites when required for measurements,



verification, and drawing coordination.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of ducting, piping, HVAC equipment, and installation details.
- Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with project/design teams.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Certificate course in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP Drafting, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HVAC drafting and MEP projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A technically sound and detail-oriented HVAC Draughtsman with practical knowledge of HVAC drafting, AutoCAD, and MEP coordination. Pay: ₹10,215.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month
