Job Summary

DES-TECH ACADEMY is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC/MEP Faculty to join our training team in Ernakulam. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical-oriented training to students pursuing HVAC and MEP engineering courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training in HVAC and MEP engineering concepts.
- Teach HVAC design principles and heat load calculations.
- Provide practical training using industry-relevant HVAC design software and tools.
- Guide students through design assignments, software exercises and projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive technical guidance.
- Support students in completing HVAC/MEP design projects.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Minimum 6 months of teaching/training experience.
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC and MEP design.





Required Technical Skills Candidates should have good working knowledge of several/all of the following:
- HVAC & MEP Engineering
- Heat Load Calculation
- E20 Sheet
- HAP (Hourly Analysis Program)
- Duct Sizer
- Pipe Sizer
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- Relux or DIALux

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Practical understanding of HVAC design workflows.
- Ability to mentor students during software training and projects.
- Professional and student-focused approach.
