About the Role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals to work at our client locations and support the implementation and execution of HR initiatives under the guidance of our senior HR consultant.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, people management, HR processes, and on-ground execution. The role requires a mature professional with strong leadership qualities, good judgment, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to independently handle people and workplace situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the appointed HR consultant and support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the client location.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management at the site.
- Handle employee grievances, concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and other HR processes.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and processes to employees.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Identify people-related issues and escalate them to the HR consultant with appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers on manpower and employee-related requirements.
- Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and processes recommended by the consultant.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure timely reporting.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, attendance, and other key HR metrics.




- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Take ownership of on-ground HR activities and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the HR consultant regarding employee and organizational matters.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in HR , preferably in a manufacturing, corporate, or structured organizational workplace.
- Strong experience in people management and employee relations .
- Good understanding of HR operations and processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle difficult employee situations with maturity and professionalism.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from the senior HR consultant.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Good judgment and a practical, solution-oriented approach.
