Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Celsius Educations Pvt. Ltd.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district, requiring close collaboration with leadership and operational teams to support staffing needs and organizational growth. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies, coordinating hiring and interviews, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.



The role also involves organizing training and development programs, managing compensation and benefits processes, and supporting a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with the company’s values.

Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff queries, guidance, and support.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices, preferably in a consulting or education services environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record-keeping, and use of HR software or tools for data management and reporting.
- Ability to plan and facilitate training, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices; experience working in Mohali or the broader region is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and creating an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
