About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Human Resource Manager with strong experience in the manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) , employee engagement, labour compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle Industrial Relations , employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workforce issues.
- Maintain effective relationships with workers, supervisors, employees, and union representatives.
- Manage contract labour, manpower planning, attendance, shift management, and workforce deployment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies .
- Handle domestic enquiries, disciplinary proceedings, and employee-related documentation.
- Support wage settlements, negotiations, and other employee/union-related discussions.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training,



and development for plant employees.
- Maintain HR MIS, personnel records, and statutory documentation.
- Work closely with plant leadership to create a productive, disciplined, and positive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Min 6 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
- Strong hands-on experience in Industrial Relations and Labour Relations .
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices applicable to manufacturing establishments.
- Experience in handling workmen, contract labour, unions, grievances, disciplinary matters, and negotiations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
