Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function at Bazaar Digital. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with department leads to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The Human Resources

Manager will administer employee lifecycle processes, such as performance management, engagement initiatives, learning and development, and succession planning. Daily activities involve maintaining HR policies and compliance, handling employee relations, managing payroll inputs and benefits coordination,



and keeping accurate HR records and documentation. The role also includes supporting organizational culture, driving HR projects, and providing guidance to leadership on people-related decisions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement, training, and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Competence in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics or reporting to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools and comfort with working in a technology-focused, creative agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably within digital agencies, IT services, or fast-growing organizations.
