Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resource functions. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and building a positive work culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Workforce planning and manpower budgeting with department heads
- Build talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees

B. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Drive employee engagement activities, welfare and retention initiatives
- Manage disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture

C. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee database, HRMS, attendance and leave management
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs,



and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance with labour laws - PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act
- Handle payroll coordination, salary structuring, and benefits administration

D. Performance Management & Learning
- Implement PMS - KRA/KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback system
- Identify training needs and organize L&D; programs
- Support managers in performance improvement plans and career development

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / PGDM in HR Management / MSW / Related field
- Proven experience as HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive
- Robust knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS software like Keka, greytHR, Zoho People
- High level of confidentiality, leadership and problem-solving ability

- Payroll and compliance accuracy
- Training completion rate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
