Are you an enthusiastic fresher looking to start your career in Human Resources with a rapid-growing EdTech platform? Prepdha AI is hiring HR Interns who are driven to learn Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Management!

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews for tech, content, and sales teams.

HR Operations: Assist with employee onboarding, record management, and attendance/leave tracking.

People & Data Management: Maintain recruitment pipelines, HR databases, and candidate logs using basic MS Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: MBA / MBA(HR) / Post-Graduation fresh graduates (HR focus preferred).





Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel and general office software.

Mindset: Proactive, organized, and self-driven approach to taking ownership of tasks.
