About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while taking ownership of recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, documentation, and people processes .

You will work closely with management and different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and help build a strong, skilled, and people-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Understand hiring requirements from different teams and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation .
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries .
- Manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes .
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers,



and workforce-related documentation.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support performance management, employee feedback, and other people initiatives.
- Stay updated with applicable HR practices and employment requirements.
- Take ownership of additional HR projects and initiatives as the organization grows.

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and HR activities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and HR operations .
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, recruitment portals, and HR tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
