ABOUT THE ROLE

You're not filling seats — you're building the engine that finds people who actually deliver. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Intern, you'll own the full hiring loop for our Digital Marketing

Intern and Campus Ambassador roles: sourcing, screening,

onboarding, and supporting new hires until they hit their targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, college groups,

and referrals
- Screen applicants and run short intro conversations to assess fit
- Shortlist and onboard selected candidates with JD, offer letter,

and onboarding material
- Clearly set expectations with every hire on their individual

performance target
- Track your hiring pipeline — contacted, screened, hired — in a

shared tracker
- Support your hires through their first 15 days, following up and

unblocking early confusion
- Report weekly on hiring pipeline status and target completion

YOUR TARGETS
- Onboard 30 candidates (Digital Marketing + Campus Ambassador

roles, paid + unpaid) within your first 7 days
- Of your paid hires, 15 must independently confirm a minimum of

3 referrals each within 15 days of their onboarding (unpaid hires: 1 confirmed referral within 15 days)
- Your Rs. 3,000 stipend is paid once 15 of your paid hires have

confirmed their 3/3 referral target WHO SUCCEEDS IN THIS ROLE

Must-haves:

- Solid communication — you can pitch a role and get a yes




- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed for outreach
- Organized — won't lose track of 30 candidates in a spreadsheet
- Self-managed — remote work means owning your own schedule
- Reliable — weekly reporting has zero tolerance for ghosting

Nice-to-haves:
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach roles
- Familiarity with the student/campus ecosystem
- Active college network or community groups
- Basic comfort with trackers (Google Sheets/Excel)

PERFORMANCE RATING

Your weekly pipeline numbers and reliability are reviewed on a

GREEN / YELLOW / RED scale (used across all Hustler Brands intern tracks):

GREEN — On/ahead of pace toward 30 hires or 15 paid completions;

weekly reports on time; no ghosting

YELLOW — Slightly behind pace but actively working it; occasional late report

RED — Significantly behind target, missed reports, or unresponsive for 48+ hours
