We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.

What you'll be doing

- Actively participate in telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Source and identify relevant talent across multiple platforms
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment
- Hire across niche and diverse functions
- Build an understanding of niche talent markets and candidate evaluation
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
