We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and take ownership of the complete HR function.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Handle employee onboarding, induction & documentation
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, incentives & deductions
- Identify training and development requirements
- Manage employee relations, grievances & performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs & processes
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, minimum wages and applicable labour laws
- Maintain employee records, contracts, notices and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements
- Support performance appraisals, employee development and PIPs




- Maintain confidentiality of employee information

? Ideal Candidate
- Relevant experience in HR management
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment, payroll & HR compliance
- Ability to independently manage HR operations
- Professional, organized and people-oriented approach
