Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and building high-performing teams. This is a remote (Work From Home), unpaid 2 month- internship where you will work closely with the founders and core team and get exposure to the end-to-end hiring process.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you will be responsible for supporting candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding , while helping us identify and attract talented individuals across different roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming roles.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Conduct basic candidate assessments and initial screening conversations.
- Research talent markets and identify current sourcing channels.
- Support the creation and posting of job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics such as applications, screening, interviews, conversions, and closures.
- Work closely with the founders and team to understand hiring requirements and prioritize critical positions.
