HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support HR documentation and maintain employee files.
- Help with attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
- Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams.




- Support the HR team with other administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management , or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
