Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting core HR activities for Daksha Global Software Technologies and Daksha Academy. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and orientation processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include coordinating basic employee benefits documentation, assisting with personnel management tasks, and supporting HR-related communication across the organization.
The intern may help organize virtual training sessions, collect feedback from employees and learners, and contribute to HR reports and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in a qualified training and technology environment, with opportunities to learn from HR leaders and contribute to a growing organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee records.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Coursework or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR-related software) and an interest in learning HR systems is advantageous.
- A demonstrated interest in professional training, education, or technology-based organizations is a plus.
