Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with prospective candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding kits, schedule orientation programs, and assist in documentation for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of internal team-building events, employee wellness drives, and festive celebrations.
- HR Operations & Records: Maintain digital employee databases, track attendance and leave records, and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- HR Analytics & Support: Assist with routine HR audits, query resolution, and internal operational projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recent graduate in MBA (HR) , BBA, or a related Business/Psychology field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
