Role Overview:

As an HR Intern at Jigcks Digital, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle! You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and issue official Offer Letters and Completion Certificates using our automated HR Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post open internship roles across LinkedIn, Internshala, and hiring portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for Business Development, Design, and Web Dev roles.
- Schedule and conduct initial interview rounds.
- Issue official Offer Letters, Annexures, and Welcome emails to selected candidates.




- Coordinate daily attendance, performance progress, and team queries.
- Issue Completion Certificates and Letters of Recommendation (LOR) upon internship completion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and people skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Gmail, and online HR portals.
- Freshers and students passionate about recruitment are welcome to apply!

Internship Details & Stipend:

- Duration: 2 Months
- Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)
- Compensation: Fixed ₹5,000 / month (from 2nd month onwards following 1st month evaluation) + Hiring Incentives.
