- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR administration
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Set up and manage HR processes, policies, and operations in compliance with local statutory requirements and HR best practices
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
- Manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Maintain proper employee records (onboarding, offboarding, leave, etc.) in accordance with local legislation
- Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents (e.g. confirmation, resignation, and other letters)
- Support international employees
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Solid knowledge of India labour laws and statutory requirements
- Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
- Exposure to international HR practices and stakeholder management is an advantage
- Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup/fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English and local Indian languages (both written and spoken)
- Able to start within short notice is preferred
