Position: HR Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: INR 30,000 - 35,000 monthly CTC

Responsibilities:

- Carry out day-to-day HR responsibilities on our HRMS, including leave management, query resolution, employee database management, and related activities.
- Manage and support talent acquisition to help us expand our WHustler population.
- Keep our team close-knit through team-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with compliance, payroll, employee benefits, and other HR operations.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
- Assist the founders with day-to-day ad hoc requirements, including administrative and operational activities as needed.
- Participate actively in strategy discussions, brainstorming, and improving internal workflows.
- Independently handle and contribute to responsibilities across the Human Resources function.




- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team and help strengthen our workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Certified empath.
- Self-motivated with a strong learning attitude.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and people-management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
- A strong team player and an even stronger cheerleader.
