Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage and support end-to-end HR operations for the Bhiwadi manufacturing facility in a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating induction and training programs. The role involves administering attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management, as well as supporting performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
The Human Resources
Executive will address employee queries, help implement HR policies and compliance practices, and assist in maintaining a protected, inclusive, and productive workplace. Collaborating with leadership and line managers, the role contributes to workforce planning, retention, and continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Experience in HR operations, including employee records management, attendance, payroll inputs, and leave administration.
- Knowledge of performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across levels and departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR roles within manufacturing, engineering, or related industries in India is preferred.
