About the Role The K Factor Productions is looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment activities, documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Support attendance, leave and employee-related records.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers and other required documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, documents and internal communications.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR tasks.

Required Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations.
- Freshers with relevant education/internship experience can also apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Prior internship or exposure to recruitment/HR operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in a production house, media, entertainment or creative organization will be a plus.
