Position: Assistant Manager/ HR Manager

Location: Janakpuri, Current Delhi

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the complete HR function across corporate and plant locations, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations and HR policies.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations across group companies.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
- Manage performance appraisal, KRAs/KPIs, increments and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, Contract Labour, Shops & Establishments, POSH and other applicable laws.




- Handle labour inspections, audits, notices and statutory documentation.
- Manage HR activities and contract labour at plant/factory locations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee welfare initiatives.
- Lead the HR team and coordinate with management, consultants and statutory authorities.
- Prepare HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, payroll and compliance.
