About the Role

CNV Labs.ai is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a closely related HR specialization will also be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment experience can apply.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.




- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to screen and evaluate resumes effectively.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Stable Wi-Fi/broadband internet connection at home is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a proper and reliable work-from-home setup.
- Mobile phone alone cannot be used for this job. A laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are required.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an MBA-HR candidate with strong communication skills, a genuine interest in recruitment, good candidate-handling abilities, and the discipline to work independently in a remote workplace.

Important: MBA in HR/related specialization, a personal laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and good communication skills are mandatory requirements for this position.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
