Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and drive HR excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment for all levels of positions.
- Plan and implement effective manpower planning and workforce strategies.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling and culture initiatives.
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave management and employee records.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.
- Partner with department heads on HR matters and organizational needs.
- Monitor discipline, attendance, absenteeism and workplace conduct.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, manpower and attrition data.
- Support training, development and succession planning initiatives.




- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality workforce dynamics and employee relations.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations and leading recruitment activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred
