Human Resources (HR) Manager - Job Profile
Our rapidly expanding company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR functions, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, and Talent Retention. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Human Resources, fostering relationships with internal stakeholders, HR vendors, designing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving HR initiatives across the firm.
Reporting to: CEO/Director
Roles and Responsibilities
HR Strategy
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and values.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including documentation, compliance, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Should be able to design and document HR processes, develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the timely and quality hiring of skilled professionals (Internally).
- Knowledgeable in creating competitive compensation packages, attractive perks plans, and incentives aligned with industry standards.
Talent Engagement and Retention:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and deploy initiatives for talent retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction levels.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement effective performance management systems and processes.
- Ensure that each group head is conducting regular performance reviews and documenting the same
Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with group leaders and identify training needs and design relevant development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Compliance Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated with changes in labour laws and employment regulations, ensuring the organization complies with all legal requirements. Maintain and manage all necessary compliance documentation. Ensure all reporting to governmental bodies is accurate and timely.
- Client Billing Compliance: Ensure billing processes align with contractual agreements and regulatory standards. Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and transparency.
Industrial Relations (IR) Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Management: Address employee grievances and disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- Statutory Compliance: Oversee the adherence to statutory requirements, including:
- Maintenance of essential labour records such as CESS, LWF contributions, and wage registers (Forms A, B, C, D).
- Compliance with the Professional Tax (PT), wage slip distribution, and accurate and timely payment of wages and bonuses.
- Management of the Over Time Register and compliance with the Inter-State Migrant Workmen regulations.
- Submission of the Labour Annual Return and management of License Registration/Renewal.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide and inspire the HR team and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
- Strategic Thinking:
A self-starter with a strategic mindset to align HR practices with organizational goals and should have a strategic approach to HR planning and implementation.
- Communication: Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to articulate HR strategies and policies effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PPT), experience in using any HR Systems would be an added advantage
- Domain: 10 to 15 years experience in Human Resources (HR) Teams. Experience working in the HR department in Telecom-infra sector, Civil, Electrical, Industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Qualification: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources

Full-Time Role. Remuneration & Perks:
1. Base Salary: Per industry standards (based on relevant experience)
2. Performance Bonus: 10% of the base salary

Interview stages and steps:
