- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, databases and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Identify passive candidates and approach relevant professionals.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously across different levels and functions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, qualification, stability and career aspirations.
- Evaluate candidates against the JD and organizational requirements.
- Conduct salary, notice period and relocation discussions.
- Share relevant shortlisted profiles with hiring managers/client stakeholders.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule and track interview rounds.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain candidate status.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
