Role Summary

Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with a new-age Fintech Startup.

Reporting to: Head of People.

Individual Contributor Role IC Role.

Location: Nehru Place, Delhi.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the assigned business vertical, enabling business performance through effective people management practices. The role will focus on aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving productivity and performance, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring effective implementation of compensation, policies, and organizational initiatives while building strong relationships with business leaders and employees. Candidates should be competence in analytics.

Key Accountabilities:

- Partner with business leaders of the assigned vertical to align HR priorities with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, organization structure, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Drive productivity and performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and productivity tracking.



Analyse people and productivity data to provide insights and support business decision-making.
- Talent Reviews & Analytics: Conduct talent reviews and organizational talent assessments. Analyse talent metrics, including retention, promotion readiness, and engagement.
- Ensure effective implementation and governance of HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives within the business vertical.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits under part of HR operations.
- Build solid stakeholder relationships and act as a point of contact for managers and employees on all people-related matters. Support business leaders in driving employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and HR governance standards. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, C&B;, L&D;, and HR Operations SPOCs to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Enable change management initiatives and support business transformation and growth objectives.
