About the Role

We are looking for an HRIS Consultant to manage the configuration, implementation, training, and ongoing support of our Spine HRIS software for clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring smooth system implementation, resolving issues, and supporting clients throughout their HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and configure the Spine HRIS accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end HRIS implementation and rollout at client locations.
- Process and reconcile previous month's employee/payroll data during implementation.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion of salary/payroll processes.
- Conduct client training and provide guidance on HRIS functionalities.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support to existing clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot client queries and provide appropriate solutions with minimum turnaround time.
- Coordinate with clients for implementation milestones, sign-offs, and required documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.





Required Skills & Qualifications Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Computer Applications, HR, HR Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, client handling, software support, or HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
- Positive understanding of HR Operations and Payroll processes.
- Basic knowledge of Payroll Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, whenever required.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to work within defined timelines.
