ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Apprentice to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and onboarding. It is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in Human Resources and develop a strong foundation in recruitment operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, professional networks,



and internal databases.
- Review and screen resumes against role requirements and maintain accurate candidate shortlists.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate seamlessly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with job postings, offer documentation, pre-employment formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely, professional, and courteous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the broader Human Resources function.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship exposure in HR or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
