Job Title: Recruitment Executive / Officer

Reporting to: AGM HR

Location: Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital (Flagship Unit), Chennai

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring requirements across multiple entities Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital (flagship unit), the Promoters residence staffing, and a promoter-owned Interior Design company. This role demands adaptability, robust sourcing skills, and the ability to manage diverse recruitment needs with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the recruitment cycle for medical, paramedical, and non-medical roles in the hospital.
2. Manage hiring of household staff for the Promoters residence (Chef, Butler, Housekeeping, Drivers, etc.).
3. Drive recruitment for architects, designers, admin staff, and support roles in the interior designing firm.
4. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
5. Maintain recruitment trackers, generate MIS reports,



and ensure compliance with HR policies.
6. Manage onboarding, induction, and smooth integration of selected candidates.
7. Build a strong candidate pipeline through networking, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

47 years of recruitment experience; exposure to healthcare and domestic/corporate hiring is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR recruitment platforms.
