HR Recruiter –
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher (0–6 Months)
Qualification: HSC or Any Graduate
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Issue offer letters and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Conduct client calling to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment services.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
