Working details

- Job Type: Full Time Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of recruiting experience.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.

- Preferred master's degree in HR or related fie

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
