Job Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.

- Manage job postings and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

- Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
