Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the confidence to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.




- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹9,454.38 - ₹30,838.08 per month
