Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes to match job descriptions.
- Call and message candidates to check interest and fit.
- Schedule interviews and send follow-ups.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements & Skills
- Positive spoken and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Eagerness to learn about human resources and recruitment.
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.
