? End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & BPO roles

? Handle volume/mass hiring

? Source candidates via Job Portals, LinkedIn, Referrals & Social Media

? Screen, shortlist & interview candidates

? Manage candidate follow-ups, negotiations & joining

? Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers & candidate pipeline

? Ensure timely closures and minimize dropouts

✅ Requirements

? 3–5 years of recruitment experience

⭐ BPO Recruitment experience is mandatory

? Volume hiring experience preferred

?️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

? Target-oriented and independent working ability

⚡ Immediate / 15 Days Joiners preferred
