Job Title: HR Recruiter - US Healthcare

Experience: 1.5 to 3 Years

Location: Tharamani, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in US Healthcare Hiring.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.




- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure process compliance.

Mandatory Requirements

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in US Healthcare Hiring is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be able to commute to the office independently.
