Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team! We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience who can support and strengthen our hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification: Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field preferred.
