Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, technical, factory, corporate, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans in coordination with respective department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, consultants, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference/background checks wherever required.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.

1. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker/MIS for all open positions.
- Track vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers,



joining status, and closures.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
- Maintain a database of shortlisted and potential candidates for future requirements.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time and improve closure timelines.

1. Coordination with Departments

- Regularly interact with department heads and reporting managers to understand current and future manpower requirements.
- Obtain clear job descriptions, KRAs, qualifications, experience, and salary budgets for open positions.
- Follow up with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection decisions.
- Ensure timely communication between candidates, HR, and business teams.

1. Joining & Onboarding Coordination

- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding joining dates and required documents.
- Ensure completion of pre-joining documentation and KYC formalities.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin/IT for smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain records of offer acceptance, joining, and candidate dropouts.

1. Recruitment Process Improvement

- Identify new and cost-effective sources of recruitment.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical and frequently hired positions.
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, institutes, and other talent sources.




- Monitor market salary trends and availability of talent.
- Suggest improvements to the recruitment process to reduce hiring time and cost.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of vacancies closed within the defined timeline.
- Recruitment Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Quality of candidates hired.
- Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
- Candidate retention during probation period.
- Cost per hire.
- Recruitment source effectiveness.
- Accuracy and timely updating of recruitment MIS.
- Hiring manager satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong MS Excel and recruitment MIS skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and result-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Graduate in HR, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting for sales, manufacturing, technical, corporate, and support functions will be preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or building-materials organization will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
