HR Recruiter – Blue-Collar & Technical Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with robust experience in blue-collar and technical recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, field sourcing, candidate mobilisation, bulk hiring, onboarding, and manpower deployment across Mumbai and Nashik.

The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel and should have a strong local network for sourcing skilled and semi-skilled manpower.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical positions.
- Source candidates through contractors, manpower suppliers, ITIs, placement agencies, job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing.
- Conduct field visits, recruitment camps, walk-in interviews, and bulk hiring drives.
- Mobilise candidates and coordinate screening, interviews, selection, joining, and deployment.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contractors, manpower suppliers, ITIs, skill-development centres, and local recruitment partners.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and salary discussions.
- Coordinate documentation, KYC, background verification, offers, and onboarding.




- Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for urgent and ongoing requirements.
- Ensure high joining and deployment ratios.
- Coordinate with operations and site teams for manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar/technical hiring.
- Experience in IFM, Facility Management, Staffing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Utilities, or Industrial Operations is preferred.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, field sourcing, and candidate mobilisation.
- Strong local network of contractors, manpower suppliers, ITIs, placement agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, MS Office, and HRMS.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and Nashik is mandatory.
