Role Description The HR Recruiter (BFSI/Insurance/HL/LAP) will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for banking, financial services, insurance, home loans, and loan against property roles. This full-time, in office position is based in Mumbai and involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.

The role includes screening resumes, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and clients. The HR Recruiter will manage offer negotiations, maintain accurate recruitment records,



and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing regular updates, and meeting defined hiring targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong recruitment skills in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for BFSI, Insurance, HL, and LAP roles.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, evaluate competencies, and match candidates with role requirements.
- Proficiency in using job portals, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with candidates and clients and manage offers.
- Solid understanding of BFSI and Insurance industry roles, terminology, and hiring practices.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple mandates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment, preferably in BFSI/Insurance or financial services domains.
- Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
