HR Recruiter (Short)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Conduct telephonic HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
- Freshers to 2 years of HR Recruitment experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
