Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on potential candidates for open positions.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the entire recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.
- Robust understanding of IT & NON-IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
