Job Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring of car washing staff
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct telephonic & direct interviews
- Coordinate joining process and documentation
- Maintain daily hiring report & attendance follow-up
- Arrange field recruitment drives if required

Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in recruitment (blue-collar hiring preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to close positions quickly
- Knowledge of Bangalore local hiring market
- Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Candidate:
- Experience hiring doorstep car washing staff
- Comfortable with field work & local sourcing
- Target-oriented and responsible

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
