1. Job Purpose To manage and oversee end-to-end HR Operations across the hospital, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll inputs, HR systems administration, employee records management, policy implementation, and delivery of efficient HR services. The role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, statutory compliance, employee experience, and process governance while supporting organizational growth and workforce needs.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. HR Operations Management
- Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the hospital.
- Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Standardize and continuously improve HR operational processes and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and organizational guidelines.
B. Employee Onboarding & Separation
- Oversee joining formalities, induction coordination, documentation, and employee file creation.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination, exit interviews, clearances, and documentation.
- Track onboarding and separation metrics.
C. HRIS & Employee Records Management
- Maintain employee master data and HRMS records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Manage personnel files, employee documentation, contracts, and employment records.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
D. Payroll & Perks Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, recoveries, and employee changes.
- Work closely with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Administer employee perks, insurance, and related programs.
- Support payroll audits and reconciliations.

Statutory Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, maternity benefits, shops & establishment requirements, and other statutory obligations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
F. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Administration
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, leave management, and workforce records.
- Coordinate with department heads to address attendance and leave-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to workforce policies and roster management practices.
- Maintain accurate manpower data and reporting.
G. Employee Services & HR Helpdesk
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR operational queries.
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee requests and concerns.
- Enhance employee experience through efficient HR support services.
- Maintain service-level standards for employee requests.
H. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor key HR operational metrics including headcount, attrition, attendance, manpower, onboarding, and compliance.
- Provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Support manpower planning and workforce reviews.
I. Process Improvement & HR Projects
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives within HR Operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in HR transformation and organizational projects.
- Ensure standardization of HR operational practices across locations where applicable.

1. Experience
Essential
- 10 to 18 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Human Resources Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Strong experience in HRMS, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee records management.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or service industries with large employee populations.
- Exposure to HR process automation and transformation initiatives.
