Role & responsibilities

Position Summary The HR Operations Associate serves as a first point of contact for employees, helping deliver smooth, reliable HR service experience. The role focuses on accurate case handling, use of HR systems, and adherence to service standards while protecting sensitive information. It requires solid communication, learning agility, and flexibility to support round-the-clock operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels - Phone, chat and tickets. (calls, webforms, emails, chats and voicemails)
- Hands-on experience with applications like Workday / Salesforce /Oracle /SAP /Success factor or UKG
- Developing strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, demonstrating business understanding & knowledge.
- Handling sensitive employee data, confidentiality, and policy adherence.
- Ability to do their tasks with minimal supervision and help juniors in their teams.
- Experience in dealing with Hire to Retire HR queries which may include Payroll queries, Leave administration, Benefits administration, Time and Attendance management etc.
- Responsible to resolve assigned incident/Queries, displaying clear understanding of SLA




- Timeliness of delivery on project activities, client service satisfaction scores
- Developing a higher level of accuracy and speed in task completion, demonstrating the ability to efficiently process transactions, showing proficiency in client service
- Reporting and updating supervisors for daily progress and guidance on assignments and concerns
- Demonstrate flexibility in working in different shifts (24x7 operations)

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- 3-5 years of prior work experience (preferably in HR Inquiry Helpdesk)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts/Night Shift/ Day Shift and weekend (as per the business demands) these are the possible shift timings:

6 pm to 3 am - Night Shift

9 pm to 6 am - Night Shift

530 am to 230 pm

2 pm to 11 pm
