Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for blue- and white-collar workforce.
- Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, and HRMS (Keka).
- Support payroll processing and ensure PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Support shift planning and workforce scheduling as per production requirements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure smooth and productive HR operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
